im having a lag a big lag when i try to race or pursuit everything is ok but it lag's like a sh*t
in freeroam im having a litle lag but when i race or pursuit it lags too much

Try to update your graphics drivers or DirectX or CPU drivers.
Lags the other games? Maybe overheated CPU or the GPU, I can not say.
