I sort of fixed the issue
According to PhysicsProfileHash.txt in the Mod folder, the Silvia S15 should have 3703742235 as the PhysicsProfileHash
However it was this:
<PhysicsProfileHash>1357501653</PhysicsProfileHash>
So I changed it in the basket file to
<PhysicsProfileHash>3703742235</PhysicsProfileHash>
The Exclusive Edition is in the basket file NFSW-NA14140D74.xml
Now the HAT goes up correctly after you fix that and buy a new one and delete any others you may have bought.
However, the Class letter does go up too, but after you leave the shop and go back in, the Class letter drops back down, but the HAT remains the same
I have checked all the other Nissan Silvia S15 Editions and they all have the same number, which is totally different than what the PhysicsProfileHash.txt says it should be, which is 3703742235.
touge cop basket file na0838b173 <PhysicsProfileHash>-591225061</PhysicsProfileHash>
lustra basket file nac4b897fd <PhysicsProfileHash>-591225061</PhysicsProfileHash>
white basket file nad05db8e5 <PhysicsProfileHash>-591225061</PhysicsProfileHash>
They do the same thing as the Exclusive Edition does, the HAT goes up as well as the Class letter, but after leaving the shop and going back in, the letter drops back to its previous Class, but the HAT remains the same.
Plus, notice there is a "-" before the number too.
No idea why some hashes have the "-" and some do not.
I at first, added the "-" in the catalog productsInCategory_NFSW_NA_EP_PRESET_RIDES_ALL_Cat egory file of the hash for the Exclusive Edition, then reloaded the game, and the car was no longer in the dealer, so that tells me some need that "-" before the number and some do not.
I have run out of steam, or I would try using the 591225061 with the Exclusive Edition and try the 3703742235 with the others, and with and without the "-" to see what happens.
Will do that after I get some sleep.
Since I have already fixed the Exclusive Edition, I have uploaded it for you
I have seen other cars Class Letter drop, such as the MR2, I think that is something glitching in the server itself.
But at least the HAT works right now.

So I have no idea where I got these catalog files from then. I did go through and right click all the files I downloaded and unblocked any/all that are blocked, but that one set still shows every version of car but the new one shows, example: Alfa Romeo just the A-spec and black igc version, it doesn't have the Red boost version. I will use your current in one server and the old with the updated Supra in another, I do like having every possible version of the cars for fun sake anyway. Thanks for fixing the Supra.

I also have been trying to make sure I have every car as well.
But as I said, the basket I shared, has every car listed for $0...there are no boost versions, the ones that were boost versions, have been converted to $0. Bambieee and others created the version and I just edited the skill mod slots.
BTW, the Nissan Silvia S15 Exclusive Edition has the wrong PhysicsProfileHash tag, so when you add parts, the HAT goes down instead of up.
Buy one and see if that happens with you and if so, here is the fixed one.
If you wish, I have also uploaded my Server Folder to that account, just click the Silvia link and it will show up under it, as "server editor 1.7 all mods" if you wish to try it out.
Headed to bed, mass tired
Oh yah, you have to use the same catalog files with the shared basket folder.
If you don't, it will completely mess up the dealership, cars will be missing, and all sorts of issues.
