I thought this would be easy and it sort of would have been if my availablebeatlevel.xml was coded the same as the one shared.

Mind sharing your files, so I can at least have all the reg events and will only have to add in the unfinished but playable purple ones?

I assume the dumbed down version of V2's coding is the way to go.
Hopefully your XML is the same.

Edit, I just did a small check, you have ones that even the V2 does not have, nor me.

I just happened upon a YT vid of some guy sharing his save game, not sure all what he has that we do not, but there is quite a lot of cars I have never seen before.
I imported the persona and its legit, firetrucks, Rhino Police cars, tracker trailers, police cars I never seen before, ambulances, taxicabs....

Driving that huge Firetruck is a beotch

He has a spread sheet of all the cars as well as his Persona file linked in the description.

Edit, dont try to drive the orange tracker trailer, the game will crash, then upon, restarting it, you cant enter the world with it, so the game will crash again.
The only way out of it, is to reimport the personal again, so you don't start with the tracker trailer again.

to be honest, i don't know how to "activate" the purple dot events directly from the map without editing xml files from other tracks, that's the reason why i started looking for a version of only "regular playable" tracks with their respective event icon, and i found that some tracks that i like weren't there, so i tried to activate and add them to the xml file, in the process i tested out only 10, maybe 20% of the whole maps ID looking for other tracks, if you say that still are some missing events (comparing images i notice that there are some), feel free to add them.

I tested each ID from 1 to 535, one by another, to remove those events from map.
It was exactly the plan, to remove those purple-dot events

Now we only need a "avaibleatlevel.xml" containing ONLY purple-dot events as opposite xD

No clue why rhgost is not working for you.
I dont have any other account atm to upload to so, since I have the info, Ill just post the fixes for you and you can edit them in.

You do know that you can drive to the purple tracks, then the icon to race them is there, right?

i'm not proud of this, but i hadn't tried go to a purple dot in free roam, i'm a man that always had used the map to teleport and engage events LOL!!! now i discovered that the purple dots are playable in free roam

Due to every ones hard work, I have created brand new sets of "Unlock all tracks" files

1.All tracks currently known.
2.The unfinished but playable "purple" ones only.
3.All tracks without the purple ones.

Keule306 did share his version, and due to me combining them to include the purple ones, I have come to realize, he was missing two drag races that I had.
"Unlocalized Drag" numbers 524 and 183
Never the less though, he had way more than anyone else :P

Thanks to everyone who is sharing their work making my versions possible and easier to create.

Thanks to @InnZumNiaK for sharing his recent work and brought it to my attention that a few tracks were bugged, so I removed them, and added in others I have found and have also included his version merged with mine, so you have the option to use the originals with the car class notify or the modified one with that notify.
This is just for visual purposes only, for example, in a A class restricted race, regardless of the version you use, the AI's will still use A class cars.

Lol, me as well, I thought I was being trolled, when someone shared their file with the purple ones because I couldn't click them and I never even thought to just drive to them.
Even when the game was live, I would tela to the nearest Gem and drive as less as possible.
I needed the energy to actually race.

What did you mean about "Omega Industries" not being visible on the map?
Pretty sure it is.

they were located on the left-border of the map, inaccessibe by driving on streets:


there is an singleplayer-te too, it's ID 391

Sure, but it wouldn't make that much sense to drive to them since they are in the Water and you need to do a "Jesus-Drive" to access them
Otherwise you will be too high ontop of them, so event-popup will not appear :/
