I'm glad this was brought into discussion. A good hacker and NFS Carbon Online modder who I know has told me that it's possible to access a certain unfinished canyon track in NFSW via Cheat Engine (he said something about loading it via active memory by changing codes/hashes or something, I'm not into such stuff so it's rather confusing to me). He said it's unfinished in the sense that it has many missing textures and it's laggy as hell once loaded.
As the saying goes, 'pics or it didn't happen', and so far he didn't show me a pic or a vid despite me asking him for a pic of the unfinished NFSW canyon track he loaded. The same guy just told me to figure out this NFSW canyon track stuff by myself after I download Cheat Engine. He was claiming that it's too complicated to fully teach me or others how to access it and and not worth it either due to the canyon track having both missing textures and lag. In my opinion there are three reasons for why his explication of an unfinished canyon track sounds really credible...
1. A few years ago, Marc De Vellis (former NFSW developer) was claiming that the canyons are 95% finished during an episode of 'Ask Marc'.
2. The 'Eagle Canyon' sign in NFSW:
3. Take a look at this MIND BLOWING image below which has been posted by fuck knows who probably during the time when 'Eagle Canyon' sign was around in NFSW.

Now watch this analyze of the picture:
To conclude, it's safe to say that at least an unfinished canyon track is likely somewhere in the NFSW files, but realistically accessing it's not worth the effort due to its bad shape. We would have to either fix this canyon track or add fresh canyons, or import Carbon canyons to World by ourselves with a quite complex modding tool allowing us to somehow view, modify, and create in-game map geometry and textures. So far the most similar tool we have to this theoretical tool I proposed above at the moment would be the following:
It allows viewing, editing and creating geometry and textures, but probably just for cars and it may not work for World. Its author said it's working for NFS games from Underground up to Undercover.
