Man I don't know, maybe you accidently run another server? Just reinstall, I don't see another option. Make sure to DELETE all the files you installed. I have tried in 3 different servers and it works. And nfs_fan confirmed that's working too, so... I don't know...

I'm still here. I'm always checking the thread. I just haven't had anything to post for because I'm currently out of ideas for the Price Pack.

@  : Problem for recreating those Beta-Cars. You often can't see the full vinyl and some vinyls even don't exist anymore...
But I'll try my best to bring those nice cars back - just playing with the vinyls to get these cars at least 80% to the original. I create them into seperate "car slots"-files, ok? One file for one car.

I wass messing with VltEd and powerups and I observed some things:
1) The juggernaut acceleration, mass, and handling modifiers are all independent and could be changed separately (you could have insanely heavy cars that handle really well with juggernaut)
2) The slingshot acceleration multipliers can be changed independent from position (6th, 7th, and 8th place slingshots have the same acceleration multiplier of 2 by default)
3) Slingshot also has a handling multiplier that can be changed independent from position (6th, 7th, and 8th place slingshots have different multipliers by default)
4) The number of laps One More Lap adds is modifiable and can be negative (you still have to finish the lap if you remove laps)
5) Run Flats normally has a duration of 5 seconds shielding your tires from spikes for 5 seconds, but also repairs your tires if you change the duration to 0
6) Changing acceleration multipliers for powerups to extreme negative values will make your car slingshot backwards at extremely high speeds (your car will not stop dead)
7) Team slingshot has higher acceleration and handling modifiers by default

Sure, no problem mate, I really appreciate what you are doing. Unfortunately the back of the car is not visible, just leave it blank or make something of your own. I know that the vinyl on the side is not completely visible, but that's the only video AFAIK that has these cars. And you can make them all in one carslot, I know how to seperate them.
@  . Mate, you don't need to have only one car in the persona and stuff. Just make sure you have your car selected, then browse to the same location where the carslot file is. Instead open the default.xml and it will have ONLY the data from the last selected car. It updates while ingame too.  Then people can just PM you the content of it.

For the ones who said was planned the M3 E46, was a completly wrong idea, because on the Beta in march of 2010, as the video by someone, said the car was there but cut in the final versions

While you were gone, I managed to figure out how to add custom cars to the car dealer. Although their preview in the dealer doesn't show any proper details about the car. We don't know how to change it to the proper preview.
I also started accepting community made cars to add to the Price Pack. I made a list of names and you were featured. So feel free to make a car and send me your carslots.xml if you're interested in having your car featured.
There should be more details a few pages back.

Well as far as the preview, we can only get the preview for the hash used for the car/type but here  has some hash numbers for preset rides some we aren't using are listed, maybe for a specific car we can use another hash number listed for that car/type/model and in the preset ride catalog list it as custom or the creators name so it is known to be the specific car for he/she... that list also has many for a variety of things as well...
That is how I got the proper preview for the Lambo Achievement car and the Black Terlingua I added
I will make my very first ride I got when I started playing and try to remake what I had for vinyls as well.. the body kit I can't get because it is not listed for the silvia anymore...but everything else is...

Sounds good man but I don't quite understand how it would all work, but it would be amazing to have community cars to look the way they do after purchase. If you can clarify further, I would really appreciate it.

Before I can really explain this further, I am going to add a modded car to the dealer along with a basket for it as well.
To me, how I understand the way the presetride hash and the basket file and it's hash work together to show and preview the car in dealer. In theory, if you are creating a new basket for the car it should show a preview of the car based off the presetride pointing to that specific basket.. in theory it should.. but the hash number used for the presetride needs to represent the actual car and the basket PhysicsProfileHash will be the car shown in dealer.
So if I use a stock Silvia to build my ride, it will have the presetride hash (from BAMBIE's list = presetcar SILVIAS15_base_0 3106232841 White_64x64 ) that is what I would use in the presetride cat file, then the basket file will be maybe this = 3703742235=Nissan Silvia S15 so it will show the stock white Silvia because of the PhysicsProfileHash used in the basket file and the presetride hash number... But in theory what ever mods added to that basket should also show (I would think it would anyway because the change to the basket file that is the actual car file being used to represent the car in dealer- like the Ach-Lambo).
So I am not sure if I helped in any further explanation but It is something I have to test now to see if changes made to a car's basket can be seen in the dealer...
EDIT: I will do a simple basic build with varied stuff..
EDIT2: When we added the Ach Lambo we made a new basket file with the correct info and in the dealer I used this but the hash was from the blue lambo originally until I was pointed to BAMBIE's list and that is how we changed it to its normal preview...

Now at one point we used a second Blue Lambo to be the Ach, but changing that presetride hash number changed the preview of the car in the dealer to represent the actual car...
So in other words the hash numbers in the presetride file will be the preview for the car. Sorry!

Wow, looks a bit complicated for me. 
But anyway it must possible to bring another car of the same model, cause from what are the Special Editions? They also must have a different hash to be shown in the car dealer.
Also the crazy "Unlocalized String"-cars, very nice that something like that even exist in the game.
