Oh, my fault
You can change entire buyed car AFTER a purchase: you buy car with skill > you see a car without skill in garage. But cars in dealers (preset part) are "hardcoded" in-game and have own hash.

Anyone know where you can download this file nfsw.pbd? It occurs when compiling the program, often in C ++.

A very small mod, which removes useless gray and blue parts from store (and from drop). There still missing red ** parts through.

Got a little mod of my own.
I've removed about 95% of all special cars to have only stock cars available. Some cars only have a special version so I kept those in because they would not be available to purchase and use otherwise.
I wanted to make all cars completely stock with no performance parts, aftermarket parts and skillmods. Unfortunately, there are still a small amount of cars with parts on them but I did what I could. (I'd say about 80% of the cars should be completely stock, however.)
All cars in this mod have new level requirements compared to my Price Pack too with the best in class cars being 4 to 5 levels higher than the boat cars of the class.
There is also a version without any level requirements should you not want them. Resell Prices are also included.

I wanted to mention, to change or convert a modded car, it may be possible to alter the basket file (I haven't tried this to determine if it will work yet) maybe, find the basket that is for the specific modded car, in it will contain all the specific data for vinyls, paint color, parts, skills and AM items, compare a stock car basket file and remove relevant data to all the modded items and maybe this will remove the said items, also if the preset ride xml hash number, if there is an alternate hash number available (but maybe never actually used) we could use that hash number with the altered basket we remove data from and just maybe we can convert the modded into a stock only version....
I will experiment with what you have already done and I will try to see if I can alter the basket(s) for those said modded cars you have and see if I can convert them into a stock version only. If I can I will get you the files back so you can do any adjustments needed. Give me a day or 2 and I will see what I can do for it..

If you went looking through the files, and through WG, you will find evidence it was in the pipeline. As a separate region. (due to engine limitations)
Unfortunately fell victim to EA consolidation. (which left the game without active developers)
(That and the BMW-Mini logo completely blew me by surprise, even NFS wikia is missing a Mini page)
Trying to get the dev builds to re-incorporate it.. well good luck with that.

I was actually really sad when i realized the direction the game was going, having spent several hundred euros myself. Really happy to see some folks still dig the Game and make it able to be played again.

You're too good to us, Glide. Thank you for looking into it for me! I appreciate it.
EDIT: I just realised that there's a few special but one of a kind cars I accidentally removed from the Stock mod like the McLaren F1 and the Dodge ACR Elite. There's probably no way to get a completely stock F1 as it was built from the ground up with that bodykit but it would still be awesome to have all parts removed. Just thought I'd mention it.
Just incase you didn't know the F1 is Basket number 56 and the ACR is 5.

I know exactly how you feel. I was amazed to find the offline server myself. I never thought that an offline server was possible and people were begging for it when EA announced the game was shutting down. Oh well, what happens next is completely up to us now.

I am sure it is very possible because I remember a server I run back v1.7 I think it was from berkay and it had stock of every car even the F1 and ACR, so I think it is a matter of just deleting the data from the basket files and maybe see if there is another presetride.xml hash number if needed to be changed. I have Bambie's google hash list and I save what I could find from the thread and forum about the hash numbers. I will experiment sometime later when my granddaughter goes home.

I tried looking into removing performance parts from cars in the dealer. I was hoping that it was as simple as deleting all the additional hash data which completely stock cars don't have but it didn't work. Then again, I'm most likely missing something because I'm not too sure what I'm supposed to be doing anyway.
