by "Atributes", do you mean the arbitration.xml file?
EDIT:I decided to edit the files anyway -- THE PROBLEM IS FIXED.

why it was said atributes I will correct that it is arbitration.xml
yes in the server folder as I mentioned both these files need to be edited the arbitration.xml and bust.xml edit the <PersonaId>RELAYPERSONA</PersonaId> it was forgot when the last update was made so have to edit it yourself

It works! Thank you GlideImage so much!  But,can you help me in that problem? I try to start single player race. When i click on Singleplayer nothing happens.

There is a missing launchevent xml file! Go to: " ... \www\nfsw\Engine.svc\matchmaking\launchevent\" folder, and make a copy from any xml file. Then rename it to " 5.xml". Open it to edit now and change this line: " <EventId>any number here</EventId>" to <EventId>5</EventId> (CAMPUS INTERCHANGE's id is 5!)

Here is all the launchevent files needed for every track available, if you do use the unlock all tracks or not. For those not wanting to edit their own!.

Fixing Freeroam Police ?
While im Thinking about it, Could someone help me out on this one, im trying to get the freeroam cops to engage pursuit as soon as we hit them as it was supposed to (it was possible in the first quarter of the original game !)
now atm i managed to get cop's to roam around in the world but actuly they dont give a **** when you ram them like hell ! :P ( on the otherside, its fun to **** them up lol!)

As far as I know, having freeroam police start pursuit when hit, that has not been done. Only able to get them in freeroam and races is all thats been done so far!

Hey Ho :)
Ich würde gerne mit einem Kumpel auf einer gemeinsamen Karte spielen. Er spielt schon länger und hat eine richtige coole Welt erwicht.
Nun ist meine Frage ob ich dessen save-files irgendwo zu meinem Server adden kann, damit direkt diese Welt und nicht irgendeine geladen wird.
Benutze die ganz normale Minecraft-Server.exe , die man auf Minecraft.net downloaden kann.
Danke schon einmal für jegliche Hilfe
