Is there any way to completely remove traffic cars from the game? deleting their folders which includes geometry.bin and texture.bin will cause a crash after clicking enter world..

If you get server error 5 just wait a few seconds while starting the server.

Can somebody tell me how to change the time? I want a really bright afternoon in the game but it's always early morning for me. I tried to use the Server Editor but seems like it's not working. I tried it with every hour but nothing changes. Yes I tried to close the server before editing the time and restart when done. Yes I tried to do it with running server too. But nothing. Always the same. What file I should edit for it?
