ok, I've fixed that problem, it was a missing path...
Now I can choose my persona but I get another strange message, screenshots below:

I've fixed this problem too, I changed the name of "GetPersonaInfo" with big letters and the import works ok. The server doesn't start tough :\ time runs out and the server doesn't start...

how to enable damage to the car? And it hit the wall, getting only visual damage, but there is no physical damage. In the garage is always 100%. In what file to include damage to the vehicle? I want to play fair.

Depends on which kind of damage you're talking about. If you're talking about durability, then unfortunately there's no way to enable that at this time. However, there is a mod that makes it so your car stops working if it gets damaged badly enough. You can get it from here:

can someone please tell me how to set up an private online server or how to play with a friend? there are some many threads, discussions and posts that i've lost my overview on what and how.

I've seen an ''soapbox'' standalone installer but the download is nowhere to be seen (for me atleast).
there is an project or development version (i think) but i'm too dumb to properly understand the tutorial.txt that had been provided with the files.

Is it possible to play with friend(s)?
and if so I would be pleased if i will be told on how to play with my friend(s)
