OK then i did every thing but when i go to performans shop i didn't see any ultra parts why ??

when you dont have any ultra parts - buy some street tuned ones from the shop or use the one you have installed.

No man t3 us not a car ..... T3 means a fast car like bmw or pagani zonda f etc...... And t3 means tier 3 (type 3)

Having hard time in playing your replays? Here's a simple trick to make it work.
I know some of you already knows this, but some are not, so lemme share this trick to you guys.
1.) Go to options, check the boxes of background and sound effects (necessary)
2.) Open your replay file and wait for it to load (Loading screen)
3.) Wait at at least 1 minute and above, be sure you are listening to the background music and sound effects carefully.
4.) Once the background music and sound effects...

In this tread I'll try to explane how to make party only with yourself.
You will need two PCs or someone in game with WPE too to help you...
First you start your ROSE and WPE and pick in proccess menu "TRose.exe",
then do same things on another PC with different account...
Don't forget to coose in both WPEs capture only send packets...
On your second PC press in WPE "Start loggin" button, then in game send to your first char party request...
Now press in WPE stop button, you will see a...

Instructions :
1- join Arena Qualifier
2- Leave your Ranking to None ( or like 250 -300 ) To get fast Count down
3- leave Count Down and then go to fight your enemy
4- if he killed you use Give Up
5- you will be revive where you are like revive here Lol
