you need to buy skill mods and install them before that.
open game - go into free roam press F1 and then F3 - go back into the skill mods - sell them a lot of times even when there an unknown error.

update the money via change driver and go back into your driver and see how much you did.

nothing you can do ) next time try with a car which has only shop parts on!

buy new ones they bring anyway not enough in the game anymore. the car counts now. buy a bad car and install ultras on it will lead to the same result as to buy street tuned ones for a good car like the LFA for example.

the only thing you can do is call the support!
there you have to say you did have a servererror and all parts (installed in car) was erased!
they will say sorry for the issues and will give you 3k Speedboost as an apology!
they say please wait 2 days and your parts may come back! (but the wont of course) but you have the 3k SB... after the two days you could call again to say the parts are not back! (but then they will check it deeply, so dont do this!)
