What do I delete to make it so it never uses fireblade ever? I tried commenting out some stuff but it still uses it so I am not commenting the right stuff. It isn't related to lag like some other poster mentioned.

The #fullManaSkill should be set to 3 for HoM. From my experience, it seems like something else is triggering flameblade for bosses.
