On Friday around 18:00 I turned off metin and I wanted to log in with my girlfriend on the PC at about 11 on Saturday. Normally it logged me in and when I wanted to run the main character here, it wrote me a well-known error "This game is currently unavailable to you, please contact support". Then I tried to change the password and on Friday from about 18.6 until now 25.6 I can't even get to that account anymore it writes "invalid login details"
It doesn't work from a mobile hotspot, it doesn't work on any other PC, it doesn't work anywhere and on nothing. I searched the Polish, German, Portuguese, Hungarian, Italian, Turkish, English forums and found that it is a system block by Gameforge and for many reasons it has many. I wrote in support I wrote that I have to turn off the router for the night, I have to turn off the VPN, I do not know just everything there is I tried. My account is worth tens of thousands and so much effort that I'm completely ****** up by what it will be. Btw sent it on to Germany, so we'll see, but somehow I guess they probably won't unblock it.
What's interesting is that as I logged in to my PC from a friend, I received an email warning that someone wanted to sneak in there. Which, of course, is bullshit, because it was me who wanted to log in to the account. And what they write there is also bullshit, when I can't sign up there. It never did that to me.
The email always comes to me when I want to log in, for example, from a mobile phone, or on a PC from a friend, or another IP simply. I never received the email and I never had problems logging in to other PCs.
