Performance CPU Option

Hey Guys I'm trying to make a Hack that can stop Metin2 Graphics Engine so that the game uses less CPU.
I imagine that the way to do this would be hooking the function responsible to Update the Graphics but I don't know where to find this in the source.
Can someone give me ideas?

Dude I Manipulated RenderGame and Game Dropped 50% GPU/CPU But Mobs In Game Names Confused
