i have placed your py in uiscript and root (changed locale into localeInfo) and when the game is loading to the world the syserr.txt give me this:

If you're working with the source, just add to the packet.
If you want it to be compatible with all kind of versions, use a client-quest-communication to send the missing informations to all party members.
