Liebe Community,

Die beste Zeit des Jahres nähert sich rasant! Wir sind mehr als Glücklich diese Zeit mit euch verbringen zu können!
Das Haupt-Weihnachtsevent wird eine dauer von 7 Tagen haben und wird am Freitag den 18 Dezember um 18:00 GMT+0 anfangen.
Während dieser Zeit wird jeder von einem 25% EXP Bonus profitieren!
Es wird zahlreiche InGame und Foren Events während dieser Zeit geben, seit daher sicher das ihr keine verpasst!

WICHTIG: Während des Weihnachtsevents sind alle Kalender Events abgesagt!!!

In-Game Events

Main Event:

Während des gesammten events, werden Spieler ab Level 30 Weihnachtsgeschenke von jedem Monster in ihrer Levelrange droppen.

Ausserdem wird es eine Weihnachtsmap geben für Spieler über Level 75, welche den zugriff auf einen besonderen Dungeon eröffnet!
Diese Map wird bis zum 1 Januar erreichbar sein, also länger als das Event selber
Ihr könnt diese Map mit einem Pass betreten welchen ihr durch 2 verschiedene wege bekommen könnt:

Craftbar durch den Santa Claus NPC
Kaufbar im Itemshop

Dieser Pass hält 14 Tage, also die komplette Zeit in welcher diese Map bestehen bleibt.

Was droppt man in dieser Weihnachtsmap?

Die Monster dieser Map droppen Rote Socken und Weihnachtsmünzen
Die Metinsteine dieser Map droppen Blaue Socken und Weihnachtsmünzen

Um den Weihnachtsdungeon betreten zu können müsst ihr mit dem Weihnachts Elfen sprechen welcher sich nahe am anfang der Weihnachts Farmmap befindet, einen Guide für den Dungeon findet ihr <

Was kann ich aus diesen Items Craften?

Weihnachts Geschenk - Kann geöffnet werden bzw crafted den Pass
Rote & Blaue Socken - Craften Perma- Waffenskins/Kostüme
Rote, Blaue & Grüne Socken - Craften die "Spirit of Xmas" Truhe
Weihnachtsmünzen - Werden genutzt um den Dungeon zu betreten

Side Events:

Santa wird an zufälligen Zeiten, jeden Tag, erscheinen und Geschenke verteilen! Past also gut auf unsere durchsagen auf!

Überraschungs Events:

Abgesehen von den bereits genannten Events, wird es jeden tag ein Überraschungsevent geben. Diese Events werden jeden tag in unserem Forum und im Discord bekannt gegeben, haltet also ein Auge darauf.
Die Gewinne dieser Events variieren von Kostümen, anderen Itemshop dingen oder sonstigem!

Hey,

Ja, abgesehen von den Quests welche nicht übersetzt sind, da es zu viel Zeit in anspruch nimmt und diese sowieso niemand mehr liest.

Ich denke das es keinen einzigen Server gibt, der eine derart große Vielfalt an Quests hat wie unseren, wenn du dir die Texte auf Deutsch durchlesen willst, dann ist das Schade aber dann bist du einer aus vielleicht 1000.

Da dies Ewigkeiten an Arbeit benötigt, bevorzugen wir diese Zeit lieber in Content und Quality of Life Changes zu stecken.

Verstehe nicht wieso in diesem Forum seit Tagen von iwelchen Skids Diskutiert wird das alle Server schlecht seien weil die Quets only auf englisch sind.

Vorallem sind diese Server seit ewigkeiten online, und in den letzten Monaten oder gar Jahren wurde darüber auch nicht nachgedacht.

Dann sucht euch nen only german 0815 Server mit knappen 20 Spielern. Dort könnt ihr eure Quests auf deutsch lesen welche mit gripplig halbstarken random Lua skills zusammen kopiert wurden.

International bedeutet die Hauptsprache ist EN.

Hello.

So I've been playing on this server for about 3 weeks now. The main issues that I have encountered so far are as follows:

* not that many players so the amount of good items is also relatively small, nevertheless I was able to make some pretty good items by myself.
* it's insanely difficult to obtain clams, pearls or whatever which is not really my cup of tea since fishing is boring but if you farm enough you can buy them from other players, again, the lack of a lot of players shows
*there is only one run you can do at the beginning (ork maze) which feels tedious to do and so so slow. You can't use the horse and the distance you have to travel is quite large and it feels interminable
*the mount system feels triggering because if you low roll on your mount and get something like experience but you barely had money to make a dragon mount it feels horrible and honestly, it just makes you want to quit
*metins-map distribution is odd. Most people just farm in temple because there are a lot of metins close to each other so it gets crowded. If the server had more players It would be quite a pickle to farm. To draw a comparison you can find 10 metins in temple and 4 on the mountain in the same time span.
*there are still unpolished details on a server ON for so long which really surprised me. The little belt inventory is bugged and some other little things that are not the end of the world but it's just disappointing not to have a well rounded-polished server after such a long time.
*the sort function works okay but if you block picking up potions you still pick up purple potions etc... also, prepare 5 slots in your inventory for carrots hay etc because you'll get those a lot.

Some really good things about the server:
*GMs are really friendly and Helpers DO help
*You won't find any hackers
*Farming feels chill and the progress curve is not that bad tbh
*Items are unique because of the rarity system which is really cool
*NOT P2W, you can easily get TEC points from other players or events
*A lot of events which is nice. Some are better than others

Finally, this is my SUBJECTIVE opinion and MY experience. I won't continue playing since the server is not really my cup of tea but I strongly recommend people give it a try. It can get quite addictive.

bin mir eigentlich relativ sicher, dass das ein und die selbe person ist, die am trollen ist.
SG lohnt sich auch mit englischen quests nach wie vor sehr. ist ein etwas schwererer server mit sehr vertrauenswürdigem team.

first of all, thanks for your feedback!

But i have some things to say regarding that.

We are online for 11 Years, therefore its completely normal that we dont have all the Server Jumpers on our side. We are also very actively banning all hackers, Real Money Traders and bot users, which most other servers wouldn't find. Therefore you will only meet actual players here, for that, we have a quite high player count imo. Our playerbase however has a tendency to sell Raw materials and Raw items, rather than finished Items so i can understand if you have trouble finding such items.
Clams and Pearls are fairly easy to obtain if you farm them inside of the Dragon Run. You'll be able to get atleast 200 Clams in 1 Hour, on average that makes 50 Pearls [Disregarding the Color] As always said, we want to keep it relatively original and therefore dropping clams from every 2nd metin or similar is not an option for us. However, you can also use the Piece of Stone from clams, to get new clams.
In our opinion adding a Horse to the Orc Maze, would make it too easy. Thats subjective however, i can completely understand your point.
You can do everything perfectly fine without a Dragor/Chocobo. The Lion, Tiger, Wolf and Boar mounts are just as fast but grant less Attack Value, getting a Dragor/Chocobo shouldn't be your first priority imo. as thats more of a "perfection" thing. When in doubt, try winning a AV Dragor/Chocobo seal during the OX Event as those will always grant AV and it costs nothing to try.
Some maps are bigger, some are smaller. Temple is relatively Dense, as the pathways are fairly narrow. However, every map has 20-24 Metins with roughly the same respawn [They should all be between 5-7 Minutes] You can always make Teleport Scrolls to the specific points of the Metins, as they will always spawn in the same area and find just as many on every other map than on temple. I see a lot of people farming Ghost Wood, Red Wood, Temple, Mountain, Orc Valley and lately even Snake Field Metins.
The Belt Inventory only has a visual issue due to the fact that we recently added a whole new Inventory System, literally a few weeks before you started, since this is only Visual and we had a lot to do during the end of the year, we didnt spend any time on fixing that yet, but it'll surely be fixed in the Future. However, such a small visual issue does not have high priority.
Purple/Green Potions are probably in the ETC. Category, rather than the Potion Category. As for the Common Drops [Carrots, Hay, Ginseng etc.] we are currently looking into that and potentially changing things there, you can always hit us up with Suggestions in our .

Its sad to hear that the server is not your type, but i appreciate that you take the time to write a proper review of your point of view

Vor Kurzem wieder angefangen und ich muss sagen SG bietet noch mehr Spielspaß als vor 3-4 Jahren. Das Weihnachtsevent ist nice und man kann easy money machen.
Leider fehlt etwas YouTube content aber ansonsten einer der besten Server meiner Meinung nach.

danke dir für das Feedback, freut mich das es dir gefällt.

Mit Youtube ist leider ein bisschen Schwer, da die Gameforge sich da ja ausbreitet.
Meines wissens nach dürfte die GF so etwas zwar nicht einmal, da sie nicht Copyright owner sondern nur Copyright holder ist, das ist Youtube aber relativ egal wie man beim fall von "TheFatRat" sehr deutlich sehen konnte. Sollte irgendjemand mit einer Firma, selbst wenn es eine Pseudo Firma ist, einen copyright strike schicken, mischt sich Youtube da nicht mehr ein. Scheint denen zu heikel zu sein. Youtube als Werbeplattform für Metin2 ist leider schon länger tot, genau aus diesem Grund.
Habe das Video dazu mal verlinkt, damit man vielleicht besser versteht was ich meine & wie verkorkst Youtube im endeffekt tatsächlich ist.

Hey ich war am überlegen SG eine 2. chance zu geben weil mir der Server damals nicht so zugesagt hat weil mir Newschool Server mehr zugesagt hatten damals. Gibt es einen aktuellen Guide den man gut nutzen kann als kompletter neueinsteiger ? Deutsch/Englisch beides möglich.

und welches reich wäre zu empfehlen als anfänger ?

Hey there,

ich hab den kompletten Discord zugekleistert. Dort ist ein Guides channel der dir alle wichtigen Systeme, Commands, Änderungen an dingen wie Status etc, Dungeons und all solch einen Kram erklärt.

Wir haben außerdem Helper ingame, das sind erfahrene Spieler die dir gerne alle Spielbezogenen fragen beantworten, eine sehr hilfsbereite Community und natürlich auch eine Forum Sektion für Offizielle und eine für Inoffizielle Guides.

Ich denke, man kann sich dort recht schnell einfinden.

Das Reich macht eigentlich wenig unterschied, Blau ist voller, Gelb ist weniger voll, Rot gibt es nicht.

glaube es könnte einen riesen Hype geben und wieder viele neue spieler für sich gewinnen
