After reviewing and checking all available evidence, we have decided to reopen the Origins2 presentation. Neither has it been proven that the client makes harmful modifications to the system, nor that sensitive data is transferred. Basically, we do not want to issue a blanket ban against anti-cheats, which would force PServer operators to remove any protection mechanisms. Also, as mentioned in our last rule update, we only want to intervene as little as possible. Thus, we only draw the line when a malware suspicion has been confirmed and the relevant regulation of our General Rules takes effect.
The anti-cheat used by Origins2 is also used by other PServers, which in the case of a negative decision would have meant that we would also have had to close further presentations. It is also not impossible that other anti-cheats work with similar mechanisms, which would ultimately affect every PServer that uses such software. A middle way was therefore out of the question for us.
So every player has to decide for himself if he wants to play under these conditions on such PServers. Of course we don't want to stand in the way of clarification, client checks like from @

and @

(many thanks at this point) are therefore welcome. We would also appreciate it very much if the respective operators show a little transparency regarding this topic in the future.
