Help! Limiting EXP by level range

I would like to limit the levels to earn XP from a certain monster. For example, a spider of Gomi v3 can only give XP for players between level 75 and 85. I have source and use 40k.
How can i do that?

Do you want to set it for only one monster or for all?

If you want to make a single on this might be a ****** way but possible
set the exp in the mob_proto to 0
create a quest that gives the player exp when he kills the mob, with an if function that checks the level
