Verbindung zu DB-Server nicht möglich

Hallo,

nachdem ich die Datenbank in /var/db/mysql eingefügt habe, startet mein MySQL-Server nicht mehr..
Weder über Navicat noch direkt über PuTTY zu erreichen.
Wo dran kann das liegen?

In /var/db/mysql befindet sich auch eine *.err-Datei, auf die beim "restart"-Befehl verwiesen wird, weil MySQL ja nicht läuft.. Ist ziemlich voll, jedoch kann ich so beim überliegen nichts finden.

Edit: Könnte da dran liegen?
