HI, how can make a universal kingdom? just blue/red/yellow. i need help,but in client to see just Blue, no all kingdoms.

hi. i have a metin2 client ... and if i try to edit the root file and add another ip, the server doesn't work. a friend told me it is beacause the client has pong... What is pong? How to know the pong? How to edit it ? May i run then the second server on that pong client?
