Problem Connecting to the server

Today i download an serverfiles to make a new private server, but i can't connect to my OWN server, dafuq?
I don't create servers a few years, so...
But i can connect to Filezilla & Navicat, but just i can't connect in client...

Can you please, help me? Thank you very much!

And.. i wanna know how to change password of navicat on freebsd

Maybe you forgot to change the IP in serverinfo.py

Have you your Portsmaps online?
If not, go to the Port Maps purely folder and change there this text document.
So just right click edit with notepad ++ and then your Ip with the .100 enter.

It's my own server, it's in my computer, i guess i don't need to open portmap...
