problem with connecting to server

i cant connect to my server says server is down, i can connect on my host computer but not my other computer. i updated the oems and stuff still says server is down.. plz help i want to be able to connect via my room comp.

how do you figure its the wrong section. he is talking about an EO server via Lan rather than internet.

Its client based cuz now my host comp isnt connecting
