DHCP settings in virtualbox question

Hello!
I had a problem like this:

And i did what it is said it one of the replays.
Virtualbox put me theese:

Host:.localhost
Domain:193.106.124.238
IPV4 Gateway:192.168.2.1
Name Server:192.168.2.1
IPV4:192.168.2.102(not .100 because on .100 i have conflict)
Netmask:255.255.255.0

My question is:
I need to do portforward.On which ip i need to do it?192.168.2.102?
In portmap what ip i need to put?
In client what ip i need to put FOR ME to gain acces to server?
And on FTP,NAVICAT and MYSQL what ip i need to put.
