serverfiles 2007 problem.help me please...

Svf 2007 have an account limits or something like this ?
I have 46.206 accounts, 45.222 players and 28.996 accounts in player_index.

It is normally to have that difference between account table and player_index table or this is the limit for serverfile 2007 ?

I have a bug that disconnect and block players anywere in maps when they plays.

Please help me to solve this ! Thank you very much !
