Wenn ich den Metin2Mod_Lanch ausfähre bekomme ich folgende error Meldung :
Cannot creat file "C:\User\test\Desktop\M2\bis\lib\karmer.pyd". Das
System kann den angegebenen Pfad nicht finden.
Kann wer helfen ??

Instead of posting bulshit, you should try to figure out why you got that false positive.
The exact same thing happend to me, so i took a moment to investigate why it happend.
It's quite simple, in the download page before you hit download, uncheck "download manager", this way you won't get any virus warning.
It worked for me.
hope it hepls in the future.
