one of my friend living in country that ristrict using usd for payment and he already member of your respectfull community and he was playing with ur product without any issues but since he gave his user id and pw to people living in another countries that supports payment with usd just to renew his sub u know if u didn't sub ur slot will be go away that's why he use to give his user to other friend just for renewal not to play with his product but something happend unusall for first time when his friend was renewing say payment not accepted and his account got restricted he open ticket and asked for help but the mods said it's perma bann due to sharing product but the guy didn't share the actual client he just give his id and pw to his friend just for renewl and he is so upset my brother

Im a client of the hypervision.gg website but am unable to access it. Is there currently a problem with the site? I pay monthly so if there is I will need to cancel my subscription.
Or if there is a way I can get in contact, pls let me know. I do not want to cancel but when I cant access the subscription or website, that is an issue.
