how can i change GM comands

i am wanting to know if you can change the GM comands for them to do /Awarditem?

and if you can change them to where they can do award items how can you reprogram them to do that?

Well, I don't know of any moderator who actually did what users claimed he was doing - but still, if half a section thinks that its mod is corrupt and biased, it is still an utterly uncomfortable situation that should be resolved.

In order to keep non topic related discussions out of your application I'm posting here: Let's just say that this rule has been added, because the involvement of some colleagues in private server projects resulted in a certain conflict of interest and there have been a few complaints about it (not getting into detail here of course).
