I completely agree, and to be honest there isn't really much that a moderator can do here to promote his/her pserver more without it being completely obvious like removing adverts of other threads and sticky their own.
Sadly though all it takes is one end-user to troll and the rest (most) will follow blindly

Well, I don't know of any moderator who actually did what users claimed he was doing - but still, if half a section thinks that its mod is corrupt and biased, it is still an utterly uncomfortable situation that should be resolved.

Ah ok, well no surprise really, there are people like that everywhere, just supprised if these said people were moderators because mostly the recruiting policies seem to keep drama causing/bias people out of power
For now I'm not so worried about EO section as people do tend to follow the rules there, but they may not notice that the mod hasn't been around for a while, and once they do...... -.-

In order to keep non topic related discussions out of your application I'm posting here: Let's just say that this rule has been added, because the involvement of some colleagues in private server projects resulted in a certain conflict of interest and there have been a few complaints about it (not getting into detail here of course).
