This is a rather easy method - record yourself talking, if you fail, correct yourself, if you need to, take a pause and clear your head (while still recording) and keep talking. That's an easy way of doing it.
I guess, tho price isn't everything, it's more about the manufacturer and the mic specs. (Also, I think that the Yeti is the most expensive usb mic out there, or at least close to it, I haven't seen a USB mic that's over 200 £, cause at that point, getting an XLR mic just makes more sense).
