Eine Frage!

Hay!
Ich habe schon öfters neben Namen von Usern (Oben rechts) Sterne gesehen in verschiedensten Farben. Wenn ich drauf halte, steht da ein Prozentanteil.
Wieso habe ich keins? Wie bekommt man das? Und wofür steht es?
Bin noch nicht so lange hier und hoffe das mir jemand helfen kann.!
