Best lag reducing i know
Having trouble with skills not loading as quickly as you want them to? Dying and getting camped in pvp? Well try out tcpoptimizer! This program reduces skill lag, but be warned if it is done wrong with a bad connection then you might have pet summoning lag, log in time increased, extreme lag spikes etc. So listen carefully.
1.Download tcpoptimizer from the website right there ---->
2. After downloading tcpoptimizer open up and change options to custom setting which is found in the bottom right corner of the box.
3. Go up to the MTU box and type in 100. If you think you can handle 48(super speed) Go ahead, not my prob if your client crashes.
4. Press apply changes at the bottom of the window. A new window should come up, just press ok located at the top left of that window. Then another window should pop up saying... "Press ok to reboot for the changes to take effect" Or something like that. Press ok and there you go. Less lag.
Side Comment: If you want to test 48 MTU just do what is ^ up there all over again. Then test it out. If you are feeling any lag, or pet summon lag. Just switch the MTU to something a little more reasonable.

Old Meme is old.
There should be a guide or tool to accurately calculate a good MTU for Mabi for you.

Are you CRAZY?
100 MTU?!? What the hell are you thinking!?
With 100 MTU, you are unable to access the internet on an http connection. I suggest 386 if you're in any way sane.
Only use less than 300 MTU if you know what you're doing.

You fail sir, you don't even know why people say that repetitive nonsense like, "Good cake is Good". Go watch your NPC's in Filia for once.

Erm, you only go under 100 MTU if you're playing Mabinogi exclusively.
You should try it, you go super-fast at 150 MTU on XP. Try it on Vista.

I hope you guys do know that speed optimizer does not work for vista+7. Although theoretically possible, practically, it's really not possible to use 48mtu on xp. Hackshield check fails at around 150mtu. You only should change mtu after the client is open. Another way is to change it on your router but that might be too hard and also impractical for some of you.

Reducing lag, will this work?
01/09/2008 - Dekaron Exploits, Hacks, Bots, Tools & Macros - 2 Replies
Hey,
ive seen the pink program out there, but i was thinking, for those people with really low computers, is it possible to lower the graphics in the game even more to reduce lag. I myself dont need all the fancy graphics, so maybe ave all the monsters as pink blobs, blank sky etc, stuff like that, and will that reduce lag?
Just a thought

Reducing lag in TG
01/02/2007 - CO2 Guides & Templates - 7 Replies
This is a simple guide for a simple purpose. I think you will need multiclient to do this.
Step 1
Go to the directory where you iinstalled CO and copy the whole CO folder
Step 2
paste that folder into another directory
Step 3
open up the 3deffect file (located in Conquer 2.0\ini\3deffect.ini
Step 4
delete the contents of this file and save it
