pet problemo

After seeing a youtube video of someone using a humanoid as pet i decided to try myself, but after replacing the meshes all i got was some kind of messed up person walking the same way as a cat and missing body parts.
then i replaced the pet animations with the human counterparts and all i got was some kind of floating monster. so, anyone knows what i did wrong?

If you want a humanoid animation and frame then use the one from the skeleton as a start.

ok i'll try that, but could anyone tell me what is wrong with the human ani files?
update: tried that and it's still floating bodyparts, what am i doing wrong?

ok better now, but the hands and back of her head are missing and her arms and legs are uber thin

i am, anyways whats the diffrence between the .xml and .frm frameworks and how do i view the .frm ones?
