also the .txt files in data folder/.pack files are renamed to propdb.british.txt so all one would really need to do is find an older version of uo tiara and rename some files then use data packer presumably.

If you're ONLY using Unofficial Tiara then you MUST use DATA Packer. Please search around for that yourself.
If you are also using a patcher, just turn on UseDataFolder, however, if you're using MNG patcher, that function is currently unavailable.
