i got a new error while playing mabinogi thought i maybe related to the mod pack here it is

client.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Isn't this for G13S2? At least the download says so and EU has G12S2.

Suck it up and make your own xml modifications based on the modifications you have seen in this compilation.

American version here, tiara moonshine just won't work and isn't installing the .ini file when I run the installer. What could I possibly be doing wrong

there is no .ini its just a data folder and one .dll and as long as the data folder exists and you install it while mabinogi is closed and it replaces ESL.dll then it will work, you may also want to get gerentxparty too since tiara no longer comes with a patcher with cp,zoom,party2ads mods.

if you still have problems it may be that you added the old UT R74 after mabinogi patched to R75/R76 so you need to delete bdcap32.dll and rename bdcap32.dlx to bdcap32.dll

um, I recently got back to mabinogi, which is R77 now.
I read some posts and it says we need a patcher so I used this one after installing t ara moonshine on first page.
When I ran mabinogi, I can't see the big letter like "NOTICE" and can't see anybody transformed in visual way, although I can see in title. -.- Umm anybody got some clear answer and legit download for R77 (which is right now)

the latest version of uo tiara no longer needs a patcher.
but for zoom and cp mods and everything else that comes with a patcher you may still want gerentxparty or ***.
the gerentxparty.ini has options to enable the transformation visuals, but the version you are using is out of date so get the latest version here.

or

but it does not have CP mod but seems more stable.
