I'm pretty sure you and about 95% of the other modders who learned to reverse and code for their own projects did it to have an illegitimate advantage over others. You want to tell me there isn't a private version of abyss with features that aren't fair to other players? I think you're just being a hypocrite at this point.

He is acutally pretty innocent lol as he didn't code the pake detection thing which stops you guys from using pake.

In my guess that annoying person is someone whose name starts with l and ends with s

You obviously don't know me very well. My "private" version of pake is just the blacklist and antipake taken out so I don't have excess code running. I don't use anything that gives me any kind of advantage over other players, unless you count Abyss of course but Abyss doesn't give you an advantage. So why don't you stop being rude and stop thinking you know everyone when you obviously don't. I'm tired of people thinking they know everything.

I could have coded it, or something like it at least. It would have been a lot more obvious had I done it though, which is why the person who did it offered.

so I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem but i narrowed it down to the client.exe.
when i use a new client.exe (9.19mb), mabi stops responding before alissafix unpacks.
when i use an old client.exe (9.20mb), i can get all the way to logging in but i get this error:

i looked up that error and usually it gets fixed when you update hackshield, but without pake it loads just fine, and updating hackshield didn't help either way.

I think they go into system32, and while you are there, just go ahead and delete everything else. This will help make mabi run smoother as well. To edit the files, I suggest using a computer w/system32.
