first off i have helped people, I'm just not going to hand this **** out for free, cause guess what.. it does matter how many people dupe. the more people who get things like this the more likely it is someone is going to either, be a snitch, release this to their friends, or do something that makes the exploits obvious for nexon to fix.

and you act like that cant happen at the hands of one hacker... like it happen in the past... wasn't caused by the masses... every time it is caused cause a couple master hackers stop caring about the game and do everything they can to bring max profit for real money... or from reading the post I am guessin some one is going too go around black robbing people and nexon will have too fix that.. so I am sure this next one will be broke by the few... especially since not many have this...

I think that when more people have this the better... when more people have everything they tend too sell stuff for cheap... and it hlps the noobs buy expensive items that mite otherwise be out of their reach... but I know it has a lot of draw backs with every one having it..

yes of course it can be done with one hacker, but if its just handed out like candy that increases the likeliness that ONE hacker will get tired of the game and decide to **** something up.

So let me get this straight, if you already have Abyss with your version of Mabinogi this will not work unless you figure out a bypass correct?

If that's true I guess I am going to have to figure out a bypass because Abyss is the only thing that makes Mabinogi playable for me.

Also I was under the impression that Pake had been patched. I haven't used much accept Abyss due to a bout of laziness so is Pake now working or something or is this thread just a joke?

Not at the moment because like I said I've been using Abyss for a while and haven't really been paying attention to other releases.

I'm just getting started messing with files and reading up on a lot of it so no need to get snippy

I do respect and appreciate the work that's been done with Abyss.

What does trying to learn to code for myself have to do with that? I don't enjoy being wholly reliant on people and would like to see if I can figure out some stuff for myself.

Learning to code has nothing to do with bypassing Abyss's antipake. You can use ANY other kind of mod with Abyss, but you cannot use pake. It's amazing the first thing you use as an excuse for trying to learn is the one thing that you shouldn't. I encourage people to learn how to do things themselves, but only doing so to have something that holds the power to destroy the game? That's something I don't condone. I will never help people who only aspire to learn how to do something to give them an illegitimate edge in the game, or ruin the experience of someone else. You want to learn? Start with mod_sharker. It's an amazing utility for people who want to learn to make mods. You can see what other people have done and see how it's all done since Plone was kind enough to make it open sourced.

tl;dr: You want to learn to code? There are an amazing number of other possibilities than the one thing you want that's against what everyone else wants.
