Pake is useless. There's nothing you can do with this, except send client sided packets... which is useless. Send packets don't work. Therefore nothing works, just want to make sure all of you realize this.

Now to address the other part of your post;
The author purposely did not hook the send function. I've confirmed that it's not the pake_dinput at fault, I used older versions on many different systems to verify that this is the case. It is actually the loader itself, which does not enable the send hook. (Blocking, or whatever synonym you want to use works here.)
An e-mail was also sent to the person this was obtained from originally, and he confirms that the author of this purposely designed it so that sending would not work.

Actually, I can think of many uses for client sided packets, or simply being able to read packets sent to/from the server.
Unfortunately for you, there's not really anything game breaking you can do with only received packets, which is why you say pake is now worthless.
Too bad, so sad.

There is quite a few recv packets that will actually show server sided, like recving the packet for the brionac box, this will show you holding your arm out with whatever is in it or the bank one to see what you have stashed in it if you want(May even be able to do by the bank guy to access elf/giant tabs as well? Not confirmed.)
Not to mention there is people who have probably lifted this "Send Block".
I'm assuming this DINPUT8 either blocks the send function from working or it hooks pake itself, if it's only blocking send it's only a matter of time before people fix that for themselves.
Personally though I like it how it is, it allows me to use my patcher again and that is all I needed.
