You aren't online. All npcs were killed, probably by 1 person. I really don't think it was u estevan.
It's nice to see my old guild members were causing trouble, that's always fun, even though I've switched servers now myself because Tarlach went to hell a long time ago.
Also, the GM Panel will not work even if you get it up :3

This technique most likely works best with a rogue, due to stealth and vanish, though is possible with anyone else.
1) Enter the battlegrounds queue room located in eastern IF.
2) Walk around to the wall straight ahead crossing the "bridge"
3) Take a right, and jump onto the "platform" against the wall.
4) Jump onto the airstrip where you see the aircrafts fly off
