[Release] Longer Lasting Lance Counter

In skillleveldescription.xml change var4 of Lance Counter to 0 and the duration will be increased while not increasing the cool down time.

Change it to 30000 for 30 second or something. Setting it to 0 just makes it so you stand there forever until hit, with no way to cancel it.

Setting it to 30000 increased its delay for me so I set it to zero and it only lasts for about 35 seconds and has the same 5 second delay as it usually did.

So wait. It's longer lasting but un-cancel-able?

yes the skill is naturally uncancelable. The un cancelableness may be able to be changed through xml editing though.
