Yes it is already on MM but some people don't go there and come here don't know why they would do that but they do.

followed your instructions, everything loads up to the start game screen, pleione engine loads up fine, but "server cannot be reached" error keeps popping up. any suggestions?

That shouldn't be a problem with XMLs. Some of your dlls might be "wrong". Try getting clean ones (Or: Did you update your client properly?)
