seems that you deleted Something in NPC table. Please Reinstall your NPC Table with navicat (delete the Older, then execute the batch file with navicat) should Work.

hotacc this error is simple u have to start(configured too) login server first !
aaaoooaaaooo seems like GameGuard this problem is issue of the client side not server one!
