How to play in NA without high ping?

I'm from EUW and I bought an account to play in NA but I have pretty high ping.

Any soft or guide to down that?

I have 300mb Internet connection by cable

you cant.. its because the connecttion to the server from na is simply not stable from euw
the servers are too far away

Through cable I have always experienced a less than decent connection to NA Servers.
Actually tried this in my vacation time in Sweden and had a great deal though.
But to connect to globally attached serverregions is always meh.

The problem is (as other stated it aswell) that the NA servers are oversea. If there would be a path without the need of going over water, your chances for playing on NA servers without lag would be big but these days you got no real chance to play on NA servers without lag

Well it is actually possible to play with low ping, but you need a really good connection
