You should rather try to find someone on reddit.
I think you need to activate your account with a korean phone number or something.
( Quite usual in a lot of korean game )
Where do you live?
If you dont live in Asia the lag makes it pretty much unplayable.

It's KSSN; Korean Social Security Number is issued by Korean government to every human being in South Korea, it’s their passport numbers. You can’t fake it, only use an already existing one that belongs to someone in Korea.
And agreed, 200 Ping+ is unplayable
