Elo Hell

I'm in Silver V for around 2 months, when I win I receive 12-14 LP and when I lose, my LP go down by 25-30,so if I win 5 matches and I lose 2 matches I'm again to 0, what can I do for exit to this elo hell? In any game I find AFK ppls or trolls :\

There is no Elohell. If you cant come higher, then you are just to bad.

Its because your MMR is low. If your MMR is low then you will be matched against with your same MMR. In your case you problaby play against (and with) bronze guys.
Thats because of the system. The system thinks you dont belong to silver,so they give you less points. Its caused by a lose streak or smth like that. If you want to get your MMR higher then you have to get a win streak or else you wont get out of this. Its also calls the hidden elo,i guess.

also notice that if u r always going to win 5 and loose 2 the more this happens the more points you will gain for a win and less points will be lost due to a loss
