u can switch the server once for free after this one u have to pay rp

That's wrong. You just can change the server for free if you registered since August 2011 / 2010, I'm not sure.

Account transfers between the two European platforms, EU West and EU Nordic & East, are available through the League of Legends store. If you have been playing since before the servers were split you can change the server for free.
