sub, i just wanted know how many bots could i run on my setup,
got 120gb ssd with read ~400 (manufacturer's specifications), but with hd tune on 128kb block size 270mb/s.
Intel i7 2600k could go up to 4,7ghz stable
16gb of 1600ram
and an exrta ssd for windows

i would love to go with about 30 bots or something, could this be possible?

15+ for sure but 30 i highly doubt it.

Did anyone else lose their referrals as if you never joined RAF 2.0 for na? For some reason, it seems like I didnt join RAF according to the website and cant log in. I feel like it has to do with the 4.4 patch

I would say 16 is the safe number since I don't know EXACTLY how well everything would run on your system.

did i get banned from ref a friend program? it doesnt say anymore how many completed referrals i got and when i try to "join" the program it gives an error

No you didn't it's happening server-wide (NA according to my knowledge not sure about others). My friend who legitly has 2 friends has the issue too. Don't worry. I think Riot is trying to fix it, hopefully. Just keep botting it's counting. It works spontaneously a couple minutes ago, but can't redeem the rewards. Just give it at least 24-48 hours till complaining. Even still I don't think you should complain to Riot lol. Might bring your account attention.
