If you can't access devmode on your own you are not supposed to enter devmode.

This is not true.

I had 3 accounts get a 2 week ban, never used the ranked exploit or any other exploit.

Odd. I use this everyday, Probably more than you, and still am not banned. I queue with this, dodge games with this and play games with this. Are you breaking the TOU/Summoners code in any other way (L#, BOL)

BTW, i have heard that some people got banned about 2-3 weeks for using LegendaryClient! So what should we do to be safe!

I asked some people know about these, they told me that Riot put some Anti hack stuff (system).. So you should detect them and maybe bypass them?!
Or worse 2-3 weeks ban, then Perm ban after that!
