[Tool] Raidevent Editor

Hi guys,

I've recently done some tests with the Raidevents that are supported in Akan, Ramslos Laboratory and Temple of Forget Fulnes.

While doing so I made a tool that makes reading and understanding the database much more simple, thought I'd share it with you. I've taken the feedback from my last tool release into consideration and kept the interface simple.

My list of events at the current stage is far from complete. If you should figure out one or more of the remaining ones please let me know, thanks in advance! Tool might bugg when adding more than 1 new Raidobject without saving the whole Eventset, just restart the tool and correct bugged Objects if this error should occure.

Required: MySQL Database Access and .net Framework 4.0

PS: Basic World Editor knowledge is required to understand the concept.
