Of course they can. Moderator candidates are not allowed to staff members in sites similar to e*pvpers and trading site is not like that.
So it is not against applying rules and I am not a silk seller anymore
I resignated few weeks ago,due to situation at SWSRO - just forgot to edit my first post.
I was not insinuating it was against the rules. I was just making clear of a very important aspect of being a mod.
I know,and I just stated that it is allowed to be on such position.
Also,I am objective. I was silk seller for every private server except ZSZC.(the reason is they already had a silk seller)
Anyway,your opinion is appreciated.

due to the huge amount of spam,flame wars, insults and inappropriate behaviour that can be found in parts off the silkroad section, I thought, that a new helping hand is required to calm the situation in there.
And just to say, a post/thank count shouldn't matter for such a position, sometimes i just prefer to be a silent reader. And about my reports: Most things are reported right away, and doing a re-report would just be spam for the moderators, who are snowed...

There's alot of shit going on there, people insulting, spamming etc. The moderators that is there ATM isnt active enough to clean that shit. So thats why Im doing a application, to do the section a favour to keep it clean from spammers etc.(not saying that the mods are doing a bad job)
