Skype is available as well but in extreme cases as I'm willing to keep it private for specific members.
Basic Information and what is the reason behind your application ?
My name is Jessy I'm 21 years old, I'm studying psychology and how to solve people mental problems.
I spend most of my free time here on elitepvpers especially at the Sro section and I would like to make it more productive as a Moderator of this section. Another reason behind it or should we call it a personal view as from what I can see, it looks like that they need an extra Moderator to handle the amount of reports daily at the advertisement section, the time it takes for a report to be handled, I can make it less.
Definitely I'm not saying the current moderators are inactive nor they need someone like me judging by the section activity.
One more point: It's extremely important to keep a positive frame or a hence of what I used to be for such a position, If you sit here the whole day thinking about the decision you made Or constantly feeling like you'd rather be somewhere else, then that's not going to make any change or unconsciously the result would be just disappointing from my side. either or not it would be a hard task though.
It wasn't my decision from the beginning to create a Mod Application ''just being honest'' but it was suggested and since I meet all (most) of the requirements so I took it a little bit serious.
Experience with the subject
I've been playing Silkroad after couple of years the date it was announced, like 2006 or probably 2007 I don't really remember.
Literally I can answer any question regarding the game itself.
Unfortunately I have no experience at all how to run a private server or the server files. I never had a private project nor willing to create one and frankly I'm not interested about these stuff. I know the basics regarding to bot errors ''random errors'' from checking daily users issues and how to solve it at the Sro section, actually I don't consider this as a knowledge point to be proud of but it is what it is, I can't change the past.
Are you mentally prepared for such a position ?
Yes !
As a part of my study we learn how to keep our cool and to deal with the issue regardless of the situation, it's more like a guide which you can use to determine your own road through that maze.
I would say as a personal view my knowledge regarding this case is quite good, I have no issues at all with the silly questions nor improper trolls as I believe I'll try as much as I can to handle them and to answer them properly. I am an open minded person, also a friendly user if you get to know me.
I've been active in this forum since the date I registered which is nearly 4 years, as in general I know the rules very well.
Experience as a Moderator
I was a Moderator on a different anime forum for couple of months but on a scale it's nothing compared to elitepvpers but I can assure I'm not a rookie if the case is related to decisions.
furthermore my English language should be fine, I never had any troubles communicating with any member, On the other side I don't speak German not even a little bit but I understand few words obviously from my time I spent browsing this forum.
- I'm quite sure this application a little bit short but well it contains mostly everything you need to know !
